Forty mayors across the world have come together in support of a green and just post-pandemic recovery. Their recently launched agenda, C40 Mayors Agenda for a Green and Just Recovery, is focused on equitable and sustainable recovery solutions, including “creating green jobs, investing in crucial public services, protecting mass transit, supporting essential workers, and giving public spaces back to people and nature.”
Forty cities have signed on to the agenda but any city can adopt these principles and make an impact in their community.
