All participants in the event are all from different tri-county area schools, churches,&nbsp; and community centers whose age range from 4 to 20 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Three Golden Eagle awards will also be presented at this program. The Golden Eagle award is given to a person who has actively given back and made a difference in their community through mentoring, teaching or just being a positive influence in the daily lives of the children in their area.
