{"id":1880,"date":"2015-07-03T05:58:57","date_gmt":"2015-07-03T10:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/growpurpose.com\/charlestongood\/?p=1880"},"modified":"2015-07-02T09:00:34","modified_gmt":"2015-07-02T14:00:34","slug":"july-23-goodsharing-gathering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/growpurpose.com\/charlestongood\/july-23-goodsharing-gathering\/","title":{"rendered":"July 23 &#8211; #GOODSHARING GATHERING"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NEW LOCATION THIS MONTH!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>July 23, 2015<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6-8pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Main Library Auditorium<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 68 Calhoun St. (Downtown)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our organic gatherings evolve according to the needs and desires of our participants, but center on supportive conversation, brainstorming, resource-sharing, project development, and collaborative planning and networking.<\/p>\n<p>Given all that has happened recently in Charleston, we know that it is particularly important for folks to gather and connect with one another in a supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>So, bring your passion and purpose to our next gathering and see where our spirits lead us!<\/p>\n<p>Here are some threads that have been bubbling to the surface lately&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mini-workshops for grassroots groups<\/li>\n<li>community video \/ art projects<\/li>\n<li>liberatory education and local education reform<\/li>\n<li>collaborative group fundraising events<\/li>\n<li>marketing tool for black businesses and social entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>free stuff-swap event in November<\/li>\n<li>voter registration and election campaigns<\/li>\n<li>improvements to #goodsharing platform (communication, resource sharing, technology, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO WITH ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ABOUT #GOODSHARING<\/p>\n<p>Our #Goodsharing Gatherings grew out of the success of our 3-day #Goodsharing Conference, co-hosted by CharlestonGOOD &amp; Building frm the Block Up, in April 2015.
