Joseph Minicozzi,the principal of Urban3, LLC will return as the summit’s keynote speaker this year. Urban3, an Asheville-based consulting firm, seeks to empower communities with the ability to promote development patterns that secure a community’s fiscal condition while reinforcing a stronger sense of place and to provide a deeper understanding of this environment by measuring data, visualizing results; and digging deeper into policies’ effect on the built environment. Minicozzi will help us further explore the economics of place by presenting an analysis created by his team for the Tri-County Region.<\/p>\n
