Please join the congregation of Mother Emanuel AME Church<\/strong> and the Charleston community in a one-day camp for young people to celebrate multi-culturalism by discussing stereotypes and other race-related issues; brainstorming ways to promote ethnic openness and experiencing different cultures through arts.<\/p>\n

Children will learn how to appreciate diversity and differences and how to promote multi-culturalism in their schools and communities.<\/p>\n

This interactive event is being held in conjunction with the Emanuel Commemoration Committee’s “Victory In the Valley”<\/strong> activities to celebrate the enduring legacy of the Emanuel 9 and the survivors.<\/p>\n
