Dart Library. Learn safe biking tips, and experience interactive community exhibits inside and outside the library. Attendees must bring a bicycle to use the obstacle course, and children younger than 10 must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n<p>Arcadia Publishing generously donated a custom bike rack in memory of Cynthia Graham Hurd, a 31-year CCPL employee who was a victim of the June 2015 Emanuel AME Church shooting.
