The   free event allows people to donate and recycle computers and   accessories, plus shred personal documents to guard against identity   theft. Donors will receive a 10% discount at Computer Works for their   computers.<\/p>\n<p>New government regulations have made it   increasingly difficult to recycle computers and other electronics. When   Goodwill receives a computer donation, the hard drive is wiped   completely clean then refurbished for resale.
