Back in September, the Charleston City Paper<\/a> wrote about a couple of young entrepreneurs who set out to offer free\u00a0rides using electric vehicles on the Charleston peninsula.<\/p>\n

We’re happy to report that this really GOOD IDEA has started to really take off!<\/p>\n

Kudos to the folks at SCOOP for bringing their innovative idea to fruition!<\/p>\n
