Join us on Saturday, May 20 for the official launch of the Carolina Youth Action Project (CYAP)!<\/strong>From our humble beginnings in 2011 as a week-long music camp for girls and transgender youth, Girls Rock Charleston has always striven to think bigger and broader about what young people in South Carolina need to be free, safe, and supported. Today, our organization is expanding faster than ever. This event marks our transition from Girls Rock Charleston to the Carolina Youth Action Project!<\/p>\n

Your $20 ticket will ensure that we can continue lifting up and training feminist and anti-racist youth artists right here in Charleston and across SC. Plus, this family-friendly event at the new Redux Contemporary Art Center …<\/span>is going to be a blast, featuring:<\/span><\/p>\n
