{"id":8673,"date":"2018-01-12T08:00:09","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T12:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/growpurpose.com\/charlestongood\/?p=8673"},"modified":"2018-01-09T21:04:36","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T01:04:36","slug":"2017-regional-economic-scorecard-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/growpurpose.com\/charlestongood\/2017-regional-economic-scorecard-released\/","title":{"rendered":"2017 Regional Economic Scorecard Released"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From our friends at <a href=\"http:\/\/growpurpose.com\" target=\"_blank\">GrowPurpose<\/a> &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The <strong>Charleston Regional Development Allianc<\/strong>e, in partnership with the <strong>Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce,<\/strong> recently released their <strong>2017 Regional Economic Scorecard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The purpose of the scorecard is to track economic progress indicators on the tri-county area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">This work coincides with the efforts of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oneregionstrategy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One Region Global Competitive Strategy<\/a><\/strong>, launched back in May of 2016, which aims to foster a collaborative approach to improving our local economy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe goal of the One Region Global Competitiveness Strategy\u00a0is to work collaboratively as a region to further enhance the economy through advancements in talent, infrastructure, and other assets characteristic of a globally competitive metro.
