When the Bough Breaks<\/i><\/b> <\/i>is an important new documentary by Bud Ferillo, author of the 2005 film Corridor of Shame<\/i>. <\/b> The film is a production of the S.C. Education Oversight Committee in conjunction with the Children\u2019s Law Center at the University of South Carolina School of Law.  The film runs 45 minutes.<\/span><\/div>\n
