“During this Coffee Hour, we will hear from Hyleah O’Quinn. Hyleah O’Quinn is an Energy Policy Specialist for South Carolina’s Energy Office.She joined the team in January 2021, after spending a year in Hawaii working for the Mayor’s Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resiliency. She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and a graduate degree in Environmental Law & Policy. In South Carolina, she works mainly on drafting implementation plans for energy efficiency programs to be deployed throughout the state, many including residential home energy labeling and actively exploring the feasibility for a SC-based green bank. After the presentation we will have time for questions and answers. ”
