Grow Purpose Network, Envision South Carolina and the Barbados & Carolinas Legacy Foundation are working together to expand the World Class Scholars Program which connects students from classrooms all over the world using technology.
The project was put together by Phil Noble and others with great success connecting students from Kenya to Charleston. With the help of Rhoda Green and BCLF, we are now looking at making things happen between Charleston and Barbados.
