From our friends at the Green Heart Project (via Charleston Good)…
We are excited to announce plans for The Green Heart Project’s 11th Annual Harvest Dinner – a celebration of food & community, to take place at the newly constructed Urban Farm at Enston Home in downtown Charleston (900 King Street).
This year, in order to practice safety and to RESPECT the health of our community members, the dinner will be a drive-through pick-up featuring BBQ and plant-based, garden-fresh sides. The whole family is invited to pick up dinner, shop for produce at our Farm Stand, park and walk-through the half-acre Urban Farm to see displays of artwork, kid-friendly activities & entertainment.
We’re excited to shine a spotlight on all of the Green Heart students, volunteers, partners and staff who made programs possible this year! Tickets for dinner are $20, $10 for students, and children under 2 receive free entry.
All proceeds from the event will support The Green Heart Project’s Farm to School programs.
