Mealworms, Anyone?

It took years before I could make myself eat brussel sprouts. Now they are my favorite vegetable.

Maybe I could learn to like yellow mealworms as well now that scientists have identified them as a viable large-scale source of protein in the future.

Perhaps social entrepreneurs should take note.
