A spokesman for Wild Earth, said: “The noticeable shift in attitudes towards the environment is a breath of fresh air, especially at a time when the health of the planet and its people has never been so important. Whilst it’s been a long and challenging year, if there’s one silver lining, it’s that lockdown has induced a greater appreciation for the outdoors. The challenge now is to hold tight onto this new resolve.
“The change is also reflected in consumers’ buying habits, with products increasingly being chosen according to their environmental credentials. In response to people choosing to live more sustainably, brands are putting the planet first, with eco-friendly, vegan and cruelty-free products, reducing impact on our environment and leaving shoppers feel good about their purchase.”
