along the East Montague Avenue business district
Join the City of North Charleston in the Olde Village as we celebrate the season with a fun event full of activities for kids of all ages. From a street dance to ghost stories to a pet costume contest, the inaugural Harvest Fest and Block Party will have something for everyone. FREE admission and parking! East Montague Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from Jenkins Ave to Virginia Ave from 4-10pm.
