“MUSC’s fifth Earth Day celebration will take place in the horseshoe on April 16 from 11 am to 2 pm; lunch will be served by local trucks that make a special effort to use local products in all their food preparations: Outta My Huevos, Roti Rolls and Hello my Name is BBQ! Tom’s Kettle Korn, Mike’s Peanuts and King of Pops will be there for additional treats!
Meet over 50 local businesses or organizations gathered to share a common love for the environment. This is a valuable opportunity to develop new relationships, nurture existing ones and learn how to live more sustainably in our homes and at work!”
