This year’s Honey & Bee Expo promises to be both educational and very fun for the whole family.
Did you know bees are responsible for one out of every three bites of food we eat? In the U.S. alone they pollinate $14 billion in crops and seeds to supply our fruits, vegetables, nuts, flowers, and more!
Attend this year’s Honey & Bee Expo and you’ll have the opportunity to learn all about bees, meet your local beekeepers, and even buy local honey. Exhibits will include FREE honey-tasting, a children’s corner with games, arts, and crafts, and several observation hives with lives bees.
There will also be screenings of two informative films, Silence of the Bees and Colony, at 1:30pm & 3:30pm.
A $5 donation per movie ticket is encouraged.
