The purpose of the SC Short Term Rental Forum is to bring people together including policymakers, neighborhoods residents, guest and hosts of short term rentals and industry leaders to gather information from the public regarding the current short term rental phenomenon in the marketplace. The day of interactive educational materials, panelists, and speakers is intended to be an all-day drop-in in order to accommodate all schedules and provide opportunities for public comment. The Forum will be summarized into a report that can be utilized by area lawmakers in its decision making process.
