Bike Ride + Film Friday, February 24 Join Charleston Moves and Affordabike for this special event.
Following our downtown group ride, we’ll meet back at Affordabike for D’Allesandro’s Pizza, beer and film screening of the iconic movie, Breaking Away. Per usual, the ride is FREE; if you’d like to stay for the film and refreshments, please grab your tickets here: https://coldestdayoftheyearride.eventbrite.com/ Our ride will leave Affordabike at 5:30pm, ending back at the shop for pizza, beer and film screening at 7pm. We will also raffle off a bike from the Little 500 race as seen in the movie! Breaking Away, 1979 Academy Award and Golden Globe winner, tells the tale of “a small-town boy obsessed with the Italian cycling team [who] vies for the affections of a college girl.”
