We’d like to invite you to help choose images for one of the pinboards on CharlestonGOOD’s collaborative Pinterest channel.
The purpose of our pinboards is to share educational, empowering, earth-friendly and inspiring images with our online audience.
Our goal is to bring as many different perspectives to our Pinterest channel as possible. We think this is a unique opportunity for community collaboration and we hope you will participate.
The idea is really simple.
- Our Pinterest channel consists of a number of themed image galleries.
- Each board (current and future) will have a community curator who is responsible for “pinning” images to that board or a group of “contributors” who share responsibility
- As curator, you get to write the short description for the board and include a link to your web site, Facebook page or email address.
Here’s how to get started.
- If you are not already a Pinterest user, SIGN UP FOR FREE
- Browse the CharlestonGOOD Pinterest Channel.
- If you see a board you would like to be “contribute” images to, send us a note with the name of the pinboard.
- If you would like to be the “curator” of the board, send us the name of the pinboard and your personal link (optional)
- If you would like to suggest a new board, send us a note with the Title, Description, and your personal link (optional for “curators”), and let us know if you want to be a “contributor” or “curator”
Once we have the information from you, will will authorize you as a curator and you can start pinning images for the CharlestonGOOD community to enjoy!
