Imprints of Shadows
A collection of linoleum block prints inspired by the overlapping and ever-changing landscapes of city and rural life. These pieces are a view of the ebb and flow of nature and development in a modern world. The designs accentuate the graphic nature in block printing’s potential for boldness using flattened patterns, linework, and hard edges.
Allison’s First Monday Gallery Night opening reception will be held on February 5 from 6-7p.m.
We will be hosting a First Monday Gallery Night every month, which will serve as an opening reception for each new artist. Please help us spread the word about this! As one of the few free public art spaces in Charleston, we would like to make our gallery a more vital component of the downtown arts scene.
