Join Adelai Brown for “Good Writing” writers workshop. Adelai has created and self published 3 books and has partnered with Charleston Good to help others start or advance their writing journey. We will discuss how to get started with writing, different avenues for expressing your writing, and ways to publish your first book.

“On Sunday, May 20 under the choreography of Erin Butcheck from the College of Charleston, Charleston community members came together to create RIGHT OF WAY, a dance video showcasing and celebrating all forms of transportation in Busby Berkeley style choreography.

Please enjoy the result in this online dance video premiere (which also screened at our Finale event last Friday). Special thanks to Erin Butcheck for the choreography and co-creation of this idea, Bridget Corrigan for filming and editing, and Nick Holzworth for the awesome drone video shots.

AWAKENING: MOTION was a series of 25+ public art projects and 22 events that aimed to transform the streets of Charleston’s Upper Peninsula by showcasing what’s possible when communities unite to create safe, connected, dignified transportation. Learn more at www.awakeningmotion.org “
