Among the many treats featured at this year’s 5th Annual Sol Slam Festival is the opportunity to support one great cause and learn about a few others!
Event organizers will be accepting iPods and iTunes giftcard donations for Music & Memory, a nonprofit that helps elders in care facilities suffering from a wide range of cognitive and physical challenges find renewed meaning and connection.
The event will also feature a CharlestonGOOD Community Showcase spotlighting emerging grassroots organizations, Youth 2 Ocean and Cycles Compost Charleston.
