Volunteers are needed at Free Laundry Day
Saturday, August 21
beginning at 9 am – noon
Reynolds Laundromat, 2017 Reynolds Ave., North Charleston.
Kid volunteers welcome! When you arrive, check in with Ms. Carolyn Smith (a/k/a Lady C) and let her know you’re there to volunteer.
This event is in partnership with the Henry Jenkins Group.
What you can bring:
- Yourself! And if that’s all you bring, that’s totally fine!
- Quarters
- Coloring books / crayons / activity books for kids whose parents are doing laundry
- Laundry supplies (soap, dryer sheets, hampers, etc.)
- Books for the lending library
- Snacks to share
- Bottled water
