[GOOD CREDIT] PLEASE SHARE:The League of Women Voters of the Charleston Area (LWVCA) will host a community forum with a panel of experts who will discuss strategies and resources to empower voters. Topics will be aimed at increasing voter registration and turnout at the polls by promoting civic engagement through civic education, voter advocacy, and working at the polls.

2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston 29406Attendees will learn about voter registration laws from Board of Election and Voter Registration staff, will be inspired by current efforts to motivate and mobilize voters, and will discover a wealth of available resources online and in print. A question and answer period with audience members will follow panel presentations.
