Romain, 23, takes a job as a night watchman in a Paris hotel. He is very close to his 85-year-old grandmother (Annie Cordy). When his grandfather dies and his father retires, Romain’s family is thrown off course, his parents experiencing a midlife crisis and his grandmother ditching the retirement home in search of her haunted past. Romain asks his employer for a leave to join her where he knows she is, in the place of her youth and her memories.
