“Seed of Life” Gathering
Thursday at 7 PM – 9 PM

Join Preserve The Gullah and Charlestown Sounds for a celebration of new life with the planting of a community tree on Mosquito Beach! This event will include a foursquare tournament, a bracelet crafting station, and a “circle of life” jam session (feel free to bring your own instruments!).
The tree planting ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m.
All ages are welcome! This will be a free event, but there will be several donation options to raise funds for Preserve the Gullah’s Mosquito Beach Restoration Project including the purchase of living water (a water bottle with plant growth enhancer that will be for sale at the event for $1 per bottle), or become a “Roots of Love” partner with $5 donation to paint a personalized rock that will encircle the tree.
Our community partners, CharlestonGOOD & Cultivate, will also be on hand, sharing the magic at this special community-building event.
