I had the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the Charleston County 911 Center and I was truly impressed by the experience. Emergency 911 calls are often stressful and confusing yet these folks The folks who handle often stressful emergency calls calmly and competently and make handle them calmly and confidently to insure that we all can get the help that we need in a timely manner.
