#GoodBits- Featured Announcements & Resources
- The City of Charleston is embarking on a significant initiative to develop a Peninsula Plan
that will shape equitable development and planning investments on the Charleston Peninsula for the decades to come. As part of this endeavor, one of our primary objectives is to enhance commercial affordability on the peninsula, particularly for local small businesses and nonprofit organizations owned by minorities and women in the region, fostering a diverse and inclusive business landscape. We are seeking input from across the region to better understand how the City can implement strategies that promote commercial affordability and create an equitable business environment on the Peninsula. The feedback will directly contribute to shaping policies and initiatives that support minority and women-owned businesses. To participate in the Regional Minority & Women-Owned Business Survey, please follow the link below: Peninsula Plan: Regional Minority & Women-Owned Business Survey
