The Draft Climate Action Plan is ready for public comment!
Since fall 2020, 6 subcommittees of community members have been working diligently to draft a 5-year strategic framework to reduce carbon pollution.

COMPLETE AN ONLINE SURVEY
Survey #2 is accepting responses through March 28, 2021. Survey #1 (Fall 2020) has closed. *A complete list of the draft strategies and action items is available here. (March 2021)

ATTEND A VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING
Wednesday, March 24, 2021, 6-7:30pm. Register online for this meeting and the Zoom link will be emailed to you. A recording will be available online for anyone unable to attend.
- SERVE ON A SUBCOMMITTEE
Volunteer your time on a specific subject area (about 5 hours/month from Dec-March). There are five subcommittee groups: Buildings, Transportation, Waste, Carbon Sinks, Education/community engagement. *These groups have met over 30 times this winter and are finishing up in March 2021.
- HEAR PROGRESS UPDATES AND PROVIDE COMMENTS AT PUBLIC RESILIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Meeting information is available on this webpage. The final draft of the Climate Action Plan will be presented at the public meeting on April 8, 2021.
