When the Bough Breaks is an important new documentary by Bud Ferillo, author of the 2005 film Corridor of Shame. The film is a production of the S.C. Education Oversight Committee in conjunction with the Children’s Law Center at the University of South Carolina School of Law. The film runs 45 minutes.
