Fruitmania GS is an all-day gardening school for fruit growers presented by Cypress Gardens & The Lowcountry Fruit Growers Society

$35 includes lunch and admission to the gardens
Limited to 125 students
Ticket pick up will begin at 8am-There will be NO REGISTRATION at the door!!

Classes will begin at 9am
Order of classes has not yet been determined, but will follow this structure:
Class 1: 9am-9:50am-Citrus Pests-Dwight Williams
Class 2: 10am-10:50am- Bees and Lesser Known Pollinators-Dr. Merle Shepard
Class 3: 11am- 11:50am- Blueberries-Lou Denaro
LUNCH: 12noon – 1:20pm- Time to check out vendors and other exhibits. Lunch is included.
Class 4: 1:30pm – 2:20pm-Strawberries-Kathy Woolsey
Class 5: 2:30pm – 3:20pm-Citrus and Other Fruits in Containers-Darren Sheriff
Expert Q&A: 3:30pm – 4:15
Doorprizes and Contest Results announced: 4:15-??

Lowcountry Fruit Growers Society is a group of growers and enjoyers of fruit in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. The purpose of the Society is to enable information sharing about the best ways to grow fruit here in the Lowcountry.
