With enthusiasm, The Royal American will be hosting the 3rd Annual OHM Radio Sweet Corn Cook Off May 21st.
Six locally based musicians /groups will be paired with six local restaurants to create and compete for the best sweet corn dish.
The teams are as follows:
The Park Cafe – The Artisanals
Taco Boy- Benjamin Starr
492 King- Jordan Igoe
The Obstinate Daughter- Howlin Moon Pimps
Verde – She Returns from War
The Royal American – Garage Cuban Band
Ticket price includes the one dish from each team.
Each team will be flexing their culinary muscle and creativity to create a unique dish to present to the public. Participants will vote for their favorite creation and all proceeds will go to OHM Radio and need for funding to continue to broadcast into 2017.
Live Music performances by The Soul Preservation Society, The Garage Cuban Band and participating bands and chefs.
