The Good Food Revolution in North Charleston [video]

For those who haven’t heard of Germaine Jenkins, aka the “Veggie Whisperer,” she is the founder of the Lowcountry’s only urban farm and market created specifically to address local #foodjustice and #fooddesert issues. Fresh Future Farm increases access to healthy food where that access is severely limited. It also works to leverage healthy food and grocery services to create socially just economic development.
