ABOUT BREATH TO BLOSSOM

Breath to Blossom offers a nine week program to survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence and intimate abuse via trauma informed yoga, yoga therapy and optional clinical therapy.

B2B partners with local clinicians and other non profit organizations to offer its programs to participants at no cost to survivors from all backgrounds.

A BTB session provides an opportunity for survivors to be curious and explore their own range of motion, strength, and self confidence to make empowered healing choices for themselves.

The staff at BTB strives to create brave space by using innovative techniques, mindfulness practices, and breathwork for survivors to assert their own physical boundaries, and establish control over their physical space.
