JANUARY 15: NEW YEAR’S SOCIAL
6-8PM at Over the Horizon Brewing

Join us January 15th for our New Year Kick-off Party. We will be discussing our plans for 2026 and some upcoming community events. All are welcome to share stories, successes, and other events going on.

We will be doing some brainstorming at this event, so come with your thinking caps on! Can’t wait to hear about some of your ideas.

 

FEBRUARY 2: WORLD WETLANDS DAY CLEAN UP AND CELEBRATION
4-5:30PM at Newmarket Creek Downtown Charleston
Join us for drinks after (6PM-8PM) at Edmond’s Original (1081 Morrison Drive)

This World Wetlands Day, join the Carolina Ocean Alliance, the City of Charleston WaterWise and Sustainability teams, Keep Charleston Beautiful, and Marsh Project in celebration of Newmarket Creek.

Beginning at 4 PM, we will meet at the headwaters of Newmarket Creek at the end of Grove Street by the LowLine. Teams of volunteers with data sheets, grabbers, buckets, and bags will clear litter and debris from the areas around the creek. There will be recycling bins on site for sorting glass and metal that can still be recycled.

After the clean-up, join us for a Charleston Green Drinks celebration at Edmond’s Original. Can’t make it to the clean-up but can make it to Charleston Green Drinks? No problem! We will see you there.

MARCH 18: WEEDING WEDNESDAY
5-6:30PM at Wragg Square (Downtown Charleston)
7PM-8PM Drinks after at TBD

 

Join us and Charleston Parks Conservancy for Weeding Wednesday at the Wragg Square community garden. Tools and snacks will be provided for the session. After the work is through, the group will meet up at local bar (TBD) for a social gathering and a drink.

Bring a friend and help us keep the Wragg Square community garden thriving and weed free!

 

ARPIL 10: DRINK BEER. SAVE TURTLES.
6-8PM at The Gardens by Charles Towne Fermentory

Raise a glass to turtle conservation! Charleston Green Drinks is partnering with the
Turtle Survival Alliance (TSA) and Charles Towne Fermentory to raise funds and awareness around the plight of tortoises and turtles. Join this family friendly event complete with specially brewed beers, merch, and interactive experiences with live turtles and tortoises.
