Film Screening: WATERMARK
The Sierra Club Robert Lunz Group presents the film Watermark, a feature documentary from renowned photographer Edward Burtynsky. Shot in stunning high-definition video and full of soaring aerial perspectives, the film shows water as a terra-forming element and the scale of its reach, as well as the magnitude of our need and use. In Watermark , the viewer is immersed in a world defined by a magnificent force of nature that we all too often take for granted – until it’s gone.

Founded in 1892, the Sierra Club has over 2.4 million members and supporters and is the oldest, largest, and most influential grassroots environmental organization in the United States. The Sierra Club motto is “Explore, enjoy and protect the wild places of the Earth.” The Robert Lunz Group is the Sierra Club’s regional group for Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties in South Carolina, and consists of approximately 1,000 local members.
