Discover how microbes and yeast are used in the fermentation process of some of our favorite foods and beverages as we learn from experts from Stems and Skins, Trident Technical Culinary School alumni, and the College of Charleston faculty. Connect the importance of the smallest units of life from the food we consume all the way into the classroom.
