I have attached the recently approved Charleston County’s ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CHARLESTON COUNTY RESILIENCE & SUSTAINABILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE. It would be of assistance to contact county council members and ask them to expedite the establishment of this Committee. If you live outside of Charleston, you might want to use this Ordinance as an example in your county.
