Please join the congregation of Mother Emanuel AME Church and the Charleston community in a one-day camp for young people to celebrate multi-culturalism by discussing stereotypes and other race-related issues; brainstorming ways to promote ethnic openness and experiencing different cultures through arts.
Children will learn how to appreciate diversity and differences and how to promote multi-culturalism in their schools and communities.
This interactive event is being held in conjunction with the Emanuel Commemoration Committee’s “Victory In the Valley” activities to celebrate the enduring legacy of the Emanuel 9 and the survivors.

Registration required. Please register by June 16th in order to get lunch and a t-shirt.
Both individuals and youth groups are welcome!

Adults and community members are welcome to join the festivities and witness the artistic presentations in the Buist Academy Auditorium at 3:30pm.
Volunteers are needed from 8:30am-4:30pm to assist with registration, lunch and talent clusters. Please indicate interest by registering under the Volunteer ticket.
