From our friends at Charleston Climate Coalition…
Update on the County CAP.
The vote has been pushed back until July 23rd.
This is frustrating! The vote was originally supposed to happen back in April. However, this also means that we have more time to rally people around this important first step toward reliable, locally-led climate action that will enable hundreds of millions in Inflation Reduction Act funds to flow through the Lowcountry, and set us up for future victories in public transportation, walk & bike infrastructure, green buildings, clean energy, and more!
