JANUARY: Basic Kitchen Launches Plant-Based Challenge

“Healthy downtown hot spot Basic Kitchen (82 Wentworth St.) today announced the Plant Based Challenge, a “month-long commitment to whole foods and clean eating inspired by the restaurant’s core values: seasonal produce, food education, and local businesses.” For the month of January, the restaurant will shift its menu to solely offer plant-based dishes and drinks and will partner with four local tastemakers to offer weekly specials throughout the month. “
